Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support store teams across Kingwood, WV. As an independent contractor, you will visit multiple locations to replenish stock, reset displays, and ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.

This role requires hands-on in-store work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with store leadership. Flexible scheduling and project-based hours are offered, with training provided and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail merchandising is preferred.
• Familiar with planograms and visual directives.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize placement of apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate merchandising needs with store teams and management.
• Work independently and in teams across different stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure visits and deliverables meet deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via the Winston App.
• Report using smartphones (iPhone 11+ or Android 2020+).
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the full shift.
