Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to keep store floors stocked, organized, and visually appealing across multiple locations. You’ll replenish inventory, ensure presentation standards, and help deliver a consistent brand experience in-store.

This independent contractor role involves planogram execution, reporting via the Winston App on a smartphone, and coordinating visits with deadlines. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising needs with store management.
• Work independently and as part of a team across stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines for visits and deliverables.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos via Winston App.
• Report using smartphones (IOS iPhone 11+; Android 2020+).
• Ensure proper time management and accountability on tasks.
