Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail visual merchandising preferred.
• Strong customer service and ability to work with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely installation and removal of window presentations and store promotions; pack, unpack, and prep props while following visual direction.
• Collaborate with store leadership on layout plans and product rotation; coordinate markdown placement.
• Communicate effectively with leadership to drive better business and share visual strategies.
• Assist guests and teammates as needed while maintaining high customer service standards.
