Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Jefferson City, MO. You will monitor retail locations, patrol assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and staff while deterring security incidents. Position Type: Full Time.

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail/security setting.
• On-site security duties including monitoring, patrolling and reporting incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and suspect situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail area and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to management.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site management and responders.
