Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver (Unarmed Patrol) in Columbia, MO. You will patrol a retail location, deliver customer service, and deter incidents while adhering to company policies. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• (Preferred) customer service experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors while following site policies and incident procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and refer to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate information to site management.
