Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel as per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location and adjacent areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or hazards to store personnel or supervision.
• Deter theft and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
