Job summary

A leading merchandising firm in Chicago is seeking a Retail Training Specialist to deliver training programs to field merchandisers. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and some retail experience, capable of conducting training sessions and monitoring effectiveness. This part-time role offers a pay rate of $16.60 per hour and seeks an individual with strong interpersonal skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience and/or retail training experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available for occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for field merchandisers.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to educate field merchandisers.
