BMW of North America is offering a part-time internship in Woodcliff Lake, NJ for the Spring Rotation (Jan 11, 2027 – May 14, 2027). You will work on content development, LMS maintenance, event logistics, and data analytics while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate setting.

Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor or master program, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and have completed at least 60 credits or be a rising junior.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior.

Responsabilités

• Content Development: formats training materials, playbooks, job aids, and presentation decks.
• LMS Maintenance: manages course tracking, uploads training modules, and compiles completion reports.
• Event Logistics: coordinates virtual workshops and prepares physical or digital materials.
• Data Analytics: reviews evaluations and trainee feedback to identify performance gaps.
