BMW Shared Services, LLC invites applications for a part-time Intern in the BMW and MINI Retail Training program based in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This Spring Rotation runs January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027, offering hands-on learning with content development, LMS, events, and analytics support.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, with at least 60 credits completed and a 3.0 GPA, and can commit to 20–29 hours weekly. A college transcript is required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university for bachelor's or master's degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Completed at least 60 college credits or be a rising Junior.
• Ability to work part-time 20-29 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Content Development: formats training materials, playbooks, job aids, and decks.
• LMS Maintenance: tracks courses, uploads modules, and compiles reports.
• Event Logistics: coordinates virtual workshops and prepares materials.
• Data Analytics: reviews evaluations and trainee feedback to identify gaps.

This is a part time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

WHAT AWAITS YOU.

• Content Development: Formats training materials, playbooks, job aids, and presentation decks.
• LMS Maintenance: Manages course tracking, uploads training modules, and compiles completion reports.
• Event Logistics: Coordinates virtual workshops and prepares physical or digital materials.
• Data Analytics: Reviews evaluations and trainee feedback to identify performance gaps.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
• Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior
• Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
• Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week)

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
