Job summary

Design Within Reach, part of MillerKnoll, seeks a Retail Training & Field Enablement Manager to develop and execute the retail learning strategy across Design Within Reach, Knoll and Herman Miller stores. You will own onboarding, leadership and development programs, and drive consistent selling standards across the store fleet.

You will report to the VP of Stores, collaborate with HR, Store Ops, Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, and travel extensively to coaching leaders and launch

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in retail training, learning & development, field leadership or retail operations.
• Experience designing scalable learning programs and facilitating instructor-led and virtual sessions.
• Strong presentation, coaching and communication skills; ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the retail learning strategy across multiple brands.
• Design onboarding, leadership and development programs; create varied learning formats.
• Develop playbooks, guides, materials, videos and certification programs.
• Improve store performance metrics through learning initiatives and coaching.
• Partner with HR, Store Ops, Product, Marketing and IT to enable field execution.
