Job summary

Victorias Secret & Co. is seeking a Testing Analyst to support in-store testing initiatives with strong Excel analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You will design, execute, and analyze tests to drive sales, margin and productivity improvements, coordinating with the Testing Manager and Sr.

Testing Analyst. A bachelor’s degree in an analytical field is required, along with 2–4 years of analytical experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical skills - two to four years analytical experience preferred.
• Adept Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Project management including maintenance of key test tracking files, process documentation, meeting attendees and distribution lists.
• Use understanding of business strategy and test intent to manage the multiple teams and actions required to execute a successful in-store test.
• Product deliveries, internal and external marketing, store communication, merchandising strategy/interaction, and broader business actions that interact with each test.
• Think creatively and remain open to change; manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Analyze results using APT (testing software), Excel, PowerPoint and Data Warehouse.
• Proactively conduct research on all test and ad-hoc work to understand key performance drivers.
• Summarize and effectively communicate results to diverse audiences and leadership.
