Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a sales or customer service role.
• 2+ years computer experience (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Must follow TDS attendance guidelines to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and retention goals for strategic products.
• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers and inbound callers.
• Handle cash and payments following cash management procedures.
• Resolve issues and support retention with effective negotiation.
• Stay updated on promotions, products and pricing to exceed goals.
• Perform retail office duties such as restocking and maintaining the workspace.
