TDS Telecom in Bend, OR is hiring a Consumer Sales Representative-Retail to handle walk-in customers and inbound calls. You will promote products, meet monthly goals, and earn commissions on top of base pay. Training is provided and a sign-on bonus is offered.

The role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to work rotating Saturdays with a Monday–Friday schedule and a base pay of $23.00/hr plus uncapped commissions, with a potential $60,000+ annual earnings.

Formación

• 1+ year in a sales or customer service role.
• 2+ years computer experience (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales and retention results through exceptional customer service and meet monthly goals for strategic products.
• Handle cash management and payment processing accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, products, and procedures to upsell and retain customers.
