Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in the United States is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow technical skills in a fast-paced store. You’ll troubleshoot smartphones and tablets, explain tech in simple terms, and work toward goals that unlock uncapped commissions.

You will also manage inventory, package and ship devices for same-day service, and promote connected home protection plans. Expect flexible hours, including weekends, plus paid time off and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
