Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Retail Technician in-store to troubleshoot and repair devices, assist customers, and grow tech skills. You’ll be part of a team focused on fast, friendly service and ongoing development.

Starting pay is $15–$16.50 per hour plus monthly incentives, with paid time off, training opportunities, and a teamwork-based culture. Weekend hours and flexible scheduling are available to support service goals.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
