Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

You’ll troubleshoot phones, tablets, and more, explain tech simply to customers, and help manage inventory and shipments while earning incentives and professional development.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
