Job summary

Best Buy in Delafield, Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services. You’ll learn the details to confidently recommend solutions and assist with in-store pickup and curbside orders.

The role requires at least 3 months in retail or similar fast-paced environment and offers a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
• Minimum 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
