Job summary

Charter Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist in Florida to promote Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice offerings, while delivering outstanding customer service at our Brooksville stores. You will be the face of Spectrum, driving sales and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires high school diploma, strong communication, cash handling, comfort with technology, bilingual in Spanish, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers about products and pricing.
• Build positive customer relationships and overcome objections while communicating product value.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards.
• Ensure welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, adhere to policies, resolve issues and participate in training.
