Responsibilities include processing payments, answering questions about services, and promoting upgrades while representing the Comcast/Xfinity brand with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with learning product features and services.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.

• Answer questions on services, make changes to accounts, and promote upgrades.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
