Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a full‑time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world‑class service and connect guests to what matters most. You will drive our sales process, share product knowledge, and create the ultimate in‑store experience for every guest.

You will earn an average salary with base pay plus uncapped commissions, with paid training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
