As a full‑time Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career in our retail stores and create the ultimate in‑store experience using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods, including November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate, being yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
