Comcast Xfinity in Colorado Loveland is seeking a customer‑focused retail associate to join our energetic team. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and help them manage their accounts in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule to meet retail needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes, and move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, updating account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert‑level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment to connect products and services to customers’ everyday lives.
