Victra is seeking part-time Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service in a Verizon premium retail environment. You will connect guests with products, explain benefits, and help them find solutions while contributing to a high-energy, team-driven store culture.

This role offers uncapped commission with an average salary range of $40,000 to $64,000 per year, plus paid training and ramp-up support. Evening and weekend availability is required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Demonstrated communication with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers.
