Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premier retailer in the United States, is seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with what matters most. You will be the face of Victra, driving knowledge-sharing and sales in a fast-paced store environment.

You will learn Victra's sales process, provide product benefits, and create memorable in-store experiences while earning uncapped commissions and benefiting from paid training, a 401K match, and other perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
