2020 Companies is seeking a Samsung Experience Consultant to join our team at Best Buy in Mishawaka, IN. You will focus on demonstrating, selling and promoting Samsung products, while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for consumer electronics and building relationships with customers and Best Buy staff. Weekend/evening availability and high-demand holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales/retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive Samsung product sales and educate customers in Best Buy.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products.
• Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to achieve goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
• Complete daily sales reporting and insights.
