2020 Companies is hiring a Samsung Experience Consultant to support a Best Buy in Manchester, NH. This part-time role focuses on selling Samsung devices, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining product knowledge in a high-traffic electronics environment.

You will train online, receive apparel and a company-provided tablet or phone, and earn competitive weekly pay with next-day DailyPay options. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products accordingly.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and Best Buy staff as a brand evangelist.
• Develop partnerships with Best Buy staff to achieve store goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer and client service during interactions with customers and staff.
• Ensure retail brand standards through merchandising, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets and new product launches as needed.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
