Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to deliver legendary customer service and support selling initiatives. You will greet customers, identify needs, and help load purchases while performing a variety of store tasks.

The role requires reliable attendance, capacity to work varied hours including nights and weekends, and adherence to safety and merchandising standards. Prior experience is not required, but helpful.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting ability is essential.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to provide product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain register area.
• Perform merchandising duties, stock shelves, and complete plan‑o‑grams as needed.
• Keep the store clean and safe, and adhere to company safety standards.
