This position requires availability for varied hours, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate the cash register, and participate in stocking, merchandising and safety tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible with shifts.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value).
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Perform merchandising, stock, and cleaning duties as assigned.
