Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Eligible candidates include those with no experience; retail or farming knowledge is helpful and reading, writing, and counting skills are required.

The role involves a mix of duties from cash handling and merchandising to loading purchases and maintaining store safety.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Read, write and count accurately; basic computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures as established by Tractor Supply.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Complete merchandising, price changes, and plan-o-gram duties; recover merchandise.
