Job summary

Work World in Stockton, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to help create a positive customer experience and support store growth. You will provide product information, assist customers in person and over the phone, process sales, maintain stock, and ensure accurate pricing.

The role offers $17.00-$19.00 per hour, sick time, and generous employee discounts, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
