Family Farm and Home is seeking team members at our Grand Rapids location to help serve customers and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will stock products, assist shoppers, and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Our Team Members are expected to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings, communicate effectively, and help uphold the company values of service, pricing and community focus. This role is based in Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications

• A Family Farm and Home Team Member must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter/exit the store and assist them in a friendly manner.
• Operate POS to checkout customers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist in building and displaying store displays and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support merchandising, signage, and price changes as directed by management.
• Contribute to achieving store audit scores and safety standards.
