Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey seeks Team Members to provide exceptional customer service, clean and stock facilities, and handle payments at the point of sale. You will prepare and serve food, support kitchen tasks, and help meet traveler needs across our network.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, following cash handling policies, and maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers in the plaza.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and check temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
