Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Red Bank, NJ is seeking Team Members to deliver friendly customer service, operate POS, and assist in quality food preparation and display. The role includes handling transactions accurately and maintaining clean, stocked workstations for travelers.

The position requires flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction across the plaza’s food concepts.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating and stocking.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prep, thaw, cook, package, wrap, clean.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and food safety procedures.
