Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, help locate products, upsell, handle transactions at the register, restock and assist with inventory, while following safety protocols and store policies. Flexible hours include mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products with up-to-date promotions and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and securely.
• Ensure accuracy of sales records and balances at shift end.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory control including receiving, stocking, and rotations.
• Report low stock levels and assist with counts.
• Monitor for security issues, follow safety protocols, and work with team.
• Follow directions from store managers to support daily operations.
