Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to join our Michigan-based stores. You will assist customers, maintain store appearance, operate POS systems, and carry out daily tasks to support smooth store operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized, and can multitask while standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greets customers as they enter/exit the store and interacts pleasantly.
• Solicits customers to sign up for Family Farm and Home programs.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers in-store or online.
• Operate POS and follow cash handling procedures; manage signage and pricing tasks.
• Assist in freight, recovery and out-of-stock processes; support store audits and safety.
• Assist in building/assembling store displays and maintain store cleanliness.
