Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility for varied hours and a willingness to work with customers and fellow team members in a fast-paced store environment.

Knowledge of basic computer use and strong communication are valued, with no experience required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must read, write and count accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Greet customers and uncover their needs; recommend solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and complete plan-o-gram procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases; ensure a legendary experience.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, safety and documentation tasks.
