Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates while supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks. The goal is to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience in a busy retail environment.

The role requires flexibility with shifts, strong communication, and the ability to perform various duties from stocking to checkout. Prior farming or retail knowledge is advantageous, and a high school diploma is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued.
• Basic computer skills are beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per company procedures.
• Maintain attendance, work varied shifts including nights, weekends and OT as needed.
• Support merchandising tasks, price changes, and stock replenishment.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure safe handling of products.
