Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for a store in Minnetonka, MN to deliver friendly service, help customers, and manage checkout experiences. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence, while promoting rewards programs and private label credit cards.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, maintaining in-stock conditions, and following SOPs. Must be 16+ and able to stand long hours in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Public retail store setting; climate controlled.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Handle checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock conditions; complete go-backs.
