Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to deliver Legendary Customer Service at the point of sale. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and offer product solutions while performing duties across merchandising, loading, and store upkeep.

Experience is not required; however, retail or farming knowledge is a plus. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work varied hours are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register following procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising and shelving tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and assist customers loading purchases.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience.
