Team Members support daily operations, stock, sign displays, operate POS, and assist customers, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for transactions and signage.
• Forklift operation and/or pallet jack handling when required.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission and family values.
• Execute daily store goals and priorities.
• Greet customers and assist in-store and online shoppers.
• Encourage sign-ups for loyalty programs, warranties, and financing options.
• Process transactions at the POS and handle orders.
• Assist in stocking, displays, pricing, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and audit readiness.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack as needed and maintain store presentation.
