Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly Associates in assigned area, hire, train, mentor, assign duties and evaluate performance to ensure a belonging mindset and compliance with policies.
• Analyze and interpret reports, monitor asset protection and safety controls, maintain quality assurance, and implement action plans to correct deficiencies.
• Manage the financial performance of the area by creating budgets for sales, expenses and wages, and ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with opening/closing managers to ensure smooth transitions between day and night operations and review special instructions and resource needs.
• Increase Member experience and engagement through effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, inventory levels, and service quality.
