Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Prior retail experience strongly preferred; prior management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in specialty retail strongly preferred.
• Experience with retail POS system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, communication and training to store associates.
• Set high standards and motivate the team to create The Experience.
• Exceed sales goals, build store traffic, and promote campaigns.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and uphold Vera Bradley Core Values.
• Assist with planning, implementing, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Support store operations including inventory, ordering, and opening/closing.
• Foster a fun, collaborative work environment and liaise between staff and leadership.
• Support loss prevention by promoting honesty and engagement.
