Vera Bradley is seeking an enthusiastic retail associate to engage guests, drive sales, and maintain store image in a fast-paced environment. You will help customers with product knowledge, process transactions, and support stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and enhance their experience through product knowledge and team selling.
• Maintain Vera Bradley brand standards and assist in visual merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and uphold policy compliance.
• Support store operations including stockroom organization and cleanliness.
• Contribute to sales through add-on selling and meeting guest needs.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
