Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role in apparel or high-volume retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May necessitate occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members to deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division and be accountable for results.
• Support the Store Manager to maintain merchandising and operational standards.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive performance.
• Remain composed under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
• Perform POS duties and execute management functions in the Store Manager's absence.
