About the Role:

The Retail Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the success of retail operations by leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. The Retail Team Leader is responsible for implementing company policies, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience. Minimum Qualifications:
