Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operate equipment in Print Services area; ensure orders are correct and on-time.
• Identify process improvements; support loss prevention and merchandising standards.
• Lead customer engagement, coach associates, and drive satisfaction.
• External Key Carrier/Leader on Duty: opening/closing responsibilities and safety.
