Qualifications

• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple duties with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics per client standards.
• Establish client relationships and schedule work appointments.
• Monitor expenses and manage team budget adherence.
• Provide accurate and timely administrative communications and coaching.
