Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience
• 6+ months of supervisory experience
• Strong math and inventory skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets with Team Leader.
• Assists Team Leader in sales, reports, and labor analysis.
• Assists with annual sales and expense projections and budget preparation.
• Manages ordering and inventory with Team Leader.
• Directs team in absence of Team Leader to ensure smooth operation.
• Sets and maintains high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork and positive morale among staff.
• Ensures customer needs are met and inquiries answered promptly.
• Trains and mentors Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Maintains safety and security standards for Team Members.
• Delivers timely performance evaluations and feedback.
• Aligns with Whole Foods Market vision and goals.
