Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead our Retail Team in Springfield, VA, delivering memorable guest experiences while upholding safety, operational excellence, and commercial performance. You will mentor, coach, and role-model a positive, accountable team.

As Duty Manager and daily ops lead, you will oversee staffing, training, merchandising, and inventory, partnering with the Retail Manager to drive revenue and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in retail, visitor attraction, or customer-facing environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Motivated, adaptable leader committed to guest experiences and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Retail Team to deliver world-class customer service.
• Develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Partner with the Retail Manager to drive revenue and commercial performance.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, inventory management and store presentation.
• Act as Duty Manager to support attraction-wide operations and safety.
