Responsibilities

• Lead a department (such as Women’s, Men’s and Children’s) and support overall store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and safe/till counts as needed.
• Organize merchandise, displays, and help with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
